This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which products may be returned and refunds issued.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
- The product is defective or damaged upon delivery
- The product is incorrect or not as described
- The product is unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
Returns must be requested within 7days from the date of delivery.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

- Customized or made-to-order items
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Reason for return
- Our team will review and approve/reject the request
5. Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (defective/wrong item), we will cover return shipping costs
- If the return is for other reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping costs
6. Inspection and Approval
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.

7. Refunds
